The Ultimate Disco at a rugby club for Darcy's 11th, Minecraft at Forestdale Forum, two Spider-Man parties and a joint birthday to finish.
The weekend started on the Friday evening at High Wycombe Rugby Football Club, for Darcy's 11th — and it was the Ultimate Disco, so lights, lasers, haze, the XL lightshow and UV, the works. The kids were a high energy crowd who danced the whole time.
Saturday morning I was at Forestdale Forum in Croydon for Rodrigo's 7th, and it was Minecraft the whole way through — a full pixel backdrop behind the table and a green block tablecloth. We had about 20 children all loving Steve's Lava Chicken!
Saturday afternoon I was in Sidcup for a Spider-Man party for Sienna's 7th birthday. An enormous Spider-Man bouncy castle had gone up in the garden and filled the whole thing, end to end. Two cakes, one a figure and one a mask, a balloon column in red, blue and black, and cupcakes out on the side.
Sunday afternoon I was at The Buckland Reading Room for Jack's 5th and another Spider-Man party. The table was dressed end to end in webs and Spider-Man plates, with a giant inflatable birthday cake standing at the end of it. A really lively bunch, with loads of dancing and games.
The weekend finished at Frimley Village Hall for the late afternoon, and a joint party for Riva's 2nd and Mila's 6th. A pink and white flower wall had gone up with "You Shine Like a Diamond" in neon script across it, and a Frozen backdrop on the wall opposite. Sixteen children, and we even had the parents and grandparents up and dancing.
Parties from £175, anywhere across Surrey and West Kent, run by Mark himself. Checking a date is free and takes about a minute.
