Combo discos — a different show for each age group

Reception and Year 6 want completely different parties. We run them back to back on the same afternoon, each one to suit the age in the room.

Nursery and Reception (3–4)
Bubbles, simple games and dancing in short bursts. We keep them entertained from start to finish.
Infants (5–7)
Games and dancing led from the front, with plenty to draw on. The age that throws itself at everything.
Juniors (8+)
The full disco: lighting that fills a school hall, dance-offs, and requests taken on the night. The bit they'll talk about on Monday.

The mini magic show is optional and free on any of them. Plenty of schools have it, plenty don't — tell us either way and we'll build the party around it.

Split the ages into groups that make sense — 3–4, 5–7, 8+. That's usually the shape, and it sits close to where your school already divides. Five to seven in a room together is straightforward. Tell us your year groups and we'll suggest the split.

Your afternoon, your shape. However many age groups you have is how many parties we run — three is common, four is no trouble — and they needn't all be the same length. 45 minutes for the 3–4s, an hour for the 5–7s, 75 for the 8+. Or an hour each straight through. Whatever suits your timetable, tell us and we'll build round it.

Want an un-spooky October disco instead? No problem! Light Party, autumn disco, glow party — whatever your school calls it. The Halloween bits come out and everything that makes it a disco stays: same lights, same music, same games. Tell us your name for it and that's the name we'll use on the day.

Glow necklaces, at cost. An optional add-on for the whole school. We buy them in and charge you what we paid — no margin, no handling fee. The price follows your numbers, so tell us your headcount and we'll give you an exact figure.

Your first visit in a school year is full price. Every one after that gets cheaper automatically — £20 off your second, £30 off your third, then £40 off your fourth onwards.

A school hall set up for a disco
Old Bexley School

It starts from the second booking: a summer party and a leavers’ disco, and the leavers’ disco is £20 cheaper. Add a Christmas party and that’s £50 off across the year. They don’t have to be booked together, and the dates don’t all have to be fixed now — tell us roughly what the year looks like and we’ll pencil them in. Nothing to claim: the discount applies itself, and it lands on the invoice.

Earn credit against your invoices just by recommending us — to other schools, or to families booking privately. It's all tracked on your booking page.

“Mark did a fantastic job entertaining 30 four to six year olds for an hour and a half with bubbles, games, dancing and magic show. I would definitely recommend him.”

How booking works

No deposit, no card details, and nothing to pay before we turn up. One email is enough to start.

1. Write to us
The year groups, roughly how many children, and the hall. A date, or even roughly when, is enough to start with — nothing has to be settled before you send it.
2. We check the diary and price it
We look at the real diary and reply either way, usually within the hour, though at a weekend it can take a bit longer. You get a figure in writing, so there is something to take to whoever signs it off.
3. We confirm, and it's yours
You get a written confirmation with the price on it and the date goes in the diary. Nothing is payable to hold it. We can put a PO number on the invoice if your office needs one.
4. The invoice comes after
Your invoice comes with the confirmation and is payable any time up to 7 days after the visit - in advance, on the day, or the week after. Cash on the day is fine too - we'll receipt it there and then.

Write to us and we'll take it from there. mark@surreykidsparties.co.uk or 07891 159018. Most schools do the whole thing in two emails.

In a hurry? Check a date just below and we'll email you the answer either way, with a price on screen while you're there.

Nothing payable now
Your invoice comes with the confirmation and is payable any time up to 7 days after the visit - in advance, on the day, or the week after. Add a start and finish time and we'll price it here.
Your first visit in a school year is full price, then each one after gets cheaper automatically — £20 off your second, £30 off your third, then £40 off your fourth onwards. That and anything you've earned by recommending us come off the invoice, not the figure above — nothing to claim, and you can see where you stand any time in your My Booking page.

Or write to mark@surreykidsparties.co.uk or call 07891 159018. We answer usually within the hour, though at a weekend it can take a bit longer.
